Frequently asked questions
Is adding an offer free?
Yes. In the FREE plan, a company can add one pending or active offer. It's a good way to check market interest before upgrading.
How does a company receive inquiries from buyers?
Inquiries go to the company panel in the 'Inquiries' tab. During the soft-launch phase, we recommend checking the panel regularly, as email notifications may run in test mode or be rolled out in stages.
Does WolneMoce handle online payments?
Not at this stage. The pricing shows the plan model, but online payments are in preparation. PRO and ENTERPRISE plans can be activated individually after contacting administration.
What is the difference between FREE and PRO plans?
The FREE plan allows you to start publishing with one offer. The PRO plan is for companies that want to show more offers, increase visibility, and use priority moderation support.
Are Credos and LogiMarket services part of the PRO plan?
No. These are optional partner services priced individually depending on the scope. You can ask about them via the contact form.
How does company verification work?
The administrator can mark a company as verified after a basic check of public data and the company profile. The verification status is meant to increase trust in the offers visible on the portal.
